As an AuDHD* person, I have lived experience of that crazy, beautiful ride that is life as a neurodivergent human. I followed my SpIns* and used the power of monotropism* to complete a Bachelor of Education + Master of Speech Pathology. I've thoroughly enjoyed 20 years of playing and working with young people in education and therapy settings.
I believe that all neurotypes are beautiful and am working towards co-creating a world that values and celebrates different ways of communicating, thinking and being.
Experience has taught me just how powerful therapy can be when partnerships are formed with parents, schools, workplaces, health professionals and other important people in my clients' lives. I adopt a team based approach, ensuring affirming supports and understanding extend beyond the therapy session.
