Neurokin

Neurokin is a term used to refer to people who share a similar neurotype, such as Autistic or AuDHD. Discovering neurokin can help autistic people feel seen, connected and understood. It can be empowering to find there are other people out there who are experiencing the world in similar ways to you.

Why Instagram?

I chose to link to Instagram rather than news articles or blogs, as many of the online resources I found used ableist language that I did not feel aligned with. This way, you can hear directly from our neurokin as they share their own lived experiences.
